• The sale agreement of the referred deal must be signed by a sales agent under the employment of Craft Homes.
• The referral payment will be made 7 days after the successful registration of the property into the name of the purchaser.
• The referrer must sign the referral agreement which will only be enforceable once counter signed by the seller of the property.
