Referral Fee T's and C's

The sale agreement of the referred deal must be signed by a sales agent under the employment of Craft Homes.
The referral payment will be made 7 days after the successful registration of the property into the name of the purchaser.
The referrer must sign the referral agreement which will only be enforceable once counter signed by the seller of the property.
